Our products are designed to be extremely durable. Norwex microfiber can be washed hundreds of times in medium or hot temperature water and can withstand daily use at home and in commercial applications. To care for your microfiber we recommend either Norwex Laundry Detergent, or a regular detergent without bleach or fabric softener added. Using or cleaning your cloths or mops with chemicals voids your warranty. The following substances will render your microfiber ineffective. Do not use fabric softeners - Fabric softener coats fibers with an oil that renders it non absorbent and makes the microfiber unable to effectively contact surfaces in order to clean them. Do not use bleach or chemical cleaners - Microfiber is so fine that if it comes in contact with bleach or corrosive chemicals it will disintegrate. - Wash slightly dirty cloths with a little dish soap and use again before laundering. Prior to machine washing, remove stains in same manner.
Launder microfiber cloths with other lint-free laundry.
Use our Rubber Brush to remove dirt and debris from mops between launderings. To deep clean the cloth and kill all bacteria or odors, periodically wash on hot temperature or boil the cloths for 12 minutes, then launder as usual.
